“God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.” (Genesis 1:28)
The first mandate from God to humans is to be fruitful.
This makes us understand how important it is for us to be fruitful. You can be fruitful in different areas of your life. The idea you have in you can make you rich when you use it and with the fact that we are made to be fruitful.
God said in Genesis 17:6 “And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of you.”
From the day you were born of Christ, you have been connected to God’s storehouse of ideas, and you can never run out of them. Are you a student? You can be fruitful in your studies; wisdom, knowledge, and understanding will be yours. Are you working-class or you are an entrepreneur?
You can bank on God for fruitfulness, ideas will start coming in and through you, your company, or where you work will experience fruitfulness.
Be Fruitful and Multiply Verse Prayer for Today
Dear Lord, I thank you because you are the reason for my existence and the reason I’m alive today. I thank you for the love you show me and you will never stop loving me. Teach me to forgive and help me to do according to your will.
I choose to stand in the truth of your word and not in the deceit of this world. I don’t know what today will bring but I trust in you for the best. You know the best Lord, give me the best today, and be the captain of my ship.
Open my eyes to see the opportunities that will come my way today. God, make me use of them positively. Lord, let me be fruitful because you commanded us to be. I need you Lord, to come and help me to be fruitful. And I promise I will be fruitful and multiply as it is said in the Bible. Amen.
