As you build your life, acknowledge your weakness and limitations. Therefore, we open the door for God to manifest His power and strength in our lives.
Daily Devotional for June 6
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)
When we try to rely solely on our abilities and strengths, we often find ourselves overwhelmed and discouraged. But when we humble ourselves before God and surrender our weaknesses to Him, He can work wonders in and through us. He can transform our weaknesses into strengths and use them for His glory.
Allowing God to manifest Himself in our lives requires trust and faith. We must trust that His plans are better than our own and that He can do far more than we could ever imagine. It means relinquishing control and allowing Him to take the lead.

As we acknowledge our weaknesses, let us also remember that God’s strength is made perfect in our vulnerability. He is not looking for perfect, self-sufficient individuals but for humble hearts that recognize their need for Him. When we offer our weaknesses to Him, He can use them as opportunities for His power and grace to shine through.
We find an invitation to rely on God’s strength in our weaknesses. We see the assurance that we are not alone in our struggles. He walks alongside us, providing comfort, guidance, and the strength to overcome any obstacle.
So, as you build your life, don’t be discouraged by your weaknesses. Instead, embrace them as opportunities for God to manifest Himself in your life. Trust in His power, lean on His grace, and allow Him to work miracles in and through you.
Prayer for Today
May we humbly acknowledge our weaknesses, trusting God’s strength to guide and transform us. May we find comfort and courage in His presence, knowing He is with us every step of the way. And may our lives be a testament to His power and grace as we allow Him to manifest Himself in all we do. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
