Only God knows everything because He is absolutely perfect. We, God’s creatures, are only relatively perfect. We are limited by time and matter. We see the past and the present but do not know the future. That is where doubt comes from.
But God is always ready to step into the fog of our uncertainty and bring clarity. That is why faith plays an extremely important role in the quality of our lives. “Trust the Lord with all your heart” (Proverbs 3:5-8).
Faith over doubt is like a beacon that leads you to trust God’s Word and His promises.
The Choice of Belief
Believing is a choice that God desires you to make in favor of His truth. When you choose faith over doubt, you align yourself with God’s vision and purpose, stepping into a state of rest and assurance in His promises.
Signs of Misplaced Belief
Frustration, worry, and fear often signal that doubt has crept into your heart, overshadowing your faith. Recognizing these emotions as indicators of “wrong believing” is the first step toward realigning your trust in God.
