Being a leader in everyday life – Prayer for June 12. As a Christian, we must be the head, we must take over everything. So let us Jesus to make us the head.
Bible Verse For Today
“The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.” (Deuteronomy 28:13)
The head is the most important part of the body. If you want to be able to recognize someone quickly, you take more notice on the head. In the Bible, when Kings, Priests, or Ruler are to be appointed, they were anointed on the head. It’s a symbol of taking the post of leadership, to be in charge of everything. Bible describe Jesus as the head of the church and that is why the church is functioning very well. The body can only function very well just because the head can send out what is needed to be done to all part of the body. The head is also the brain box of the body.
In this manner, we the Christians have the right to be the head. In whatever part or area of life we find ourselves, we must be the leader. The world is seriously waiting for our manifestation, they need us to take control of all things. Don’t ever look down on yourself, Jesus is in charge of all and we are joint-heir with him, therefore, we are in charge of all things. Start displaying your abilities and unleash your full potentials, then you will see yourself being the head.
Being a Leader in Everyday Life Prayer for Today
Dear Lord, you have brought me to this new day again. It is an opportunity from you for me to get the best of today. I thank you for yesterday, you did well and I am trusting you for a better day today. God renew my heart today and help me to do what you want me to do. Lord, please forgive my past mistakes and cleanse me. I need you to strengthen me too, and let me be courageous. Teah me being a leader in everyday life. Lord, make me to be the head and not the tail, let me rise and be above and not below. Amen.
