Honor the presence of God – Prayer for January 25. When God comes down in a gathering or during personal prayer, He takes His Majesty with Him and comes with His glory. The presence must be honored because of his power.

“And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.” (Revelation 21:3)
The presence of God is the fullness of God. Everything God is and has is in his presence. The Word tells us in Psalm 16:11 that in the presence of God, there is always fullness of joy, and at his right hand, there are eternal pleasures.
The way of life is in His presence. The presence of God has everything you need and will ever need in life. There is no lack of any good thing in His presence. That’s where the fullness of everything of the God-kind dwells: Fullness of joy, fullness of life, the fullness of grace, fullness of power, and fullness of light. Therefore, we ought to live God’s presence and do whatever it takes to get it into our lives, gatherings, jobs, and families.
God delights in people. He loves and wishes to dwell in us as his children.
The man in Christ has been blessed with the presence of God. As a child of God, your body is the address and residence of the Holy Ghost; that’s where God dwells and makes His abode. The tabernacle of God is with us. This is why the Bible advised that we should be careful and not to defile our bodies because it is the temple of God.

One way to woo the presence of God is to do things that will please him. Let’s call on God to come and dwell with us today, and may his presence never depart from us.
Honor the Presence of God Prayer for Today
I rejoice in the Lord Jesus today because I am the host to the presence of God. And I make myself available for His presence today. I pray that nothing will defile me and hinder God from dwelling in me. So, I claim all the goodness and benefits accompanying the presence of God in my life. The manifestation of God is real in me and my life every day. Amen.
