Prayer for entering the New Year – January 1. Last year was great, and here is the New Year, a time to set a goal. Let’s ask God to bless our plans for this year and bless us abundantly.
Bible Verse for Today
“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” (Isaiah 43:19)
Happy New year! It is a promise from God that He will start a new thing. A new something for a New year. Last year’s failures have gone, the disappointment of last year has gone, it’s a New year now, and God is saying, “I will do a new thing.”

It’s a promise from Him, and He will fulfill it not because we are crying to Him but because His plans for us are ready.
Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” It’s a viral Bible verse – the real subject of this is for us to know that his plan for us this New year is a good one. Every New year is an opportunity for us to be productive.
Hebrews 6:14 says, “Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.” This was the promise of God to Abraham, and He is making the same promise to you this year. So hold onto God, and don’t look elsewhere because there are no other ways to be blessed like the way God will bless you.

As you begin this New year, make use of the word of God, confess positive things to your life, and claim His blessings. It’s a New year, a new beginning, a time to get back to your feet and achieve greatness – it’s crucial that you earn more than the previous year. Know that it won’t be done if you don’t ask God to bless the year for you. Let us say the prayer for entering the New year.
