The Call to Holiness
Holiness is often misunderstood as an unattainable ideal reserved for the sacred few. Yet, it is the essence of God’s nature and the cornerstone of our calling as His children.
Three Pillars in the Pursuit of Holiness
1. Separation.
Holiness involves separation from what is contrary to God’s nature. It means setting oneself apart from worldly patterns, not out of pride or a sense of superiority, but in a humble commitment to align one’s life with God’s will.
2. Transformation.
The journey towards holiness is transformative, impacting our hearts, minds, and souls. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, our desires and inclinations are gradually aligned with God’s desires for us.
3. Dedication.
Pursuing holiness requires dedication—a daily surrender to God’s process and an unwavering focus on His presence in our lives. It is a disciplined pursuit of spiritual maturity and growth in love.

Prayer for Today
Holy Lord, I come before You with a heart desiring to be like You in purity and love. Teach me to walk in holiness, not as a burden, but as a joyful response to Your grace. Infuse my spirit with Your power to overcome the temptations and distractions that hinder my pursuit of holiness.
