Stand firm on the promises of God – He will never let you fall. Prayer for April 7. When you stand firm on the promises of God, you will never fall because he is the Almighty and he stands firm. So let’s stand on him alone and we will never fall.
Bible Verse for Today
“They will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” (Psalm 91:12)
It is clear that God himself will send his angels to his beloved ones to lift them up so they don’t stumble.
For God to help you out not to fall, you need to be his people, you need to accept him as the only one that can help you. When we do things on our own or we try to show that we know better, we fail sometimes. When you are outside of Christ, you are bound to fall. Falling may be for temptation, and it will happen if you are not depending on God. But the good news is that even if you fall due to your mistake, God is ready to make you rise again. Psalm 145:14 “The LORD upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down.”
Whatever you do today, have a stand on Jesus and you won’t have to worry about falling and even failing.
If you feel you have fallen just ask God to lift you up again and when he lifts you up, build your strength in him.
To fall is not the problem but failing to rise up is the problem.
Stand firm on Promises of God Prayer for Today
I stand by you Lord, I stand firm on promises of God. So I build my trust in you because I know you will never let me down. I thank you because you are always there to hold me in your hand so I don’t fall. Watch my steps today and direct my path. Anything that can let me fall that will want to stand in my way this day, by your power Lord, remove them.
Send your angels to lift me up. Take me from the valley to the higher mountain and let my foot be established in you. I believe you have answered my prayers in Jesus name. Amen.
