Daily Prayer for January 11. The word of God to us is a word of promise. We must wait on Him because He will surely fulfill His promise.
Bible Verse for Today
“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful” (Hebrews 10:23).
The word of God is ever accurate; God doesn’t go against His words, so whatever He promised, He will surely fulfill because He is faithful. We should hold onto the word because He honors His word more than His name, and that’s the only thing He honors more than His mighty name. Psalm 138:2 “…for you have exalted above all things your name and your word”. This shows that he doesn’t joke with his word, so we should hold onto his word.
Each of his promises shall not go unfulfilled. Isaiah 55:11: “So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” Holding onto the word of God also preserves our soul and helps us not to go into sin. Psalm 119:11: “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.” Temptations will come today; it is the same word of God you can use to overcome them. Jesus used it, and he overcame it. Hold onto the word of God today because his word is ever sure.

Word of God Daily Prayer for Today
The word of God is evident and manifest in my life. As I hold onto the word of God today, I’m blessed and highly favored in all things. The word of the Lord shall be my strength all through today. When trouble comes, a storm blows, or challenges show, Lord, help me to hold onto your word alone.
Your word is full of promise; I claim them today. As I hold onto the word, let success follow me; let prosperity follow me too. I hold onto your word because your word is ever faithful and can never go unfulfilled; let all your promises come to pass in my life. Amen.
