Experiencing God’s visitation – Prayer for June 8. God still visits his people and never leaves them all alone. We need the visitation of God to prosper us in all we do.
Bible Verse for Today
“Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people” (Luke 1:68)
When God visits his own people, he doesn’t do that coming empty-handed, he will surely meet their heart desires. If you have the opportunity to receive a visitation from God, be assured that you are already destined for pleasant surprises.
The truth of this is that if you need the visitation of God in your life, you must love, you must show love to people because God is love. It’s the only way for experiencing God’s visitation. 1 John 4:8 says, “He that does not love does not know God because God is love.” You learn to show love to extent that you should know how to help strangers.
When three strangers visited Abraham, he entertained them, and little did he know that they were messengers of God. Abraham enjoyed the visitation because he was blessed.
God works in diverse ways, we don’t know how he would visit us that is why we need to show love to everybody so we will not miss his visitation.
Experiencing God’s Visitation Prayer for Today
Dear Lord, I thank you because you are the reason for my existence and the reason I’m alive today. I thank you for the love you show me and you will never stop loving me. Teach me to forgive and help me to do according to your will.
I choose to stand in the truth of your word and not in the deceit of this world. I don’t know what today will bring but I trust in you for the best.
You know the best Lord, give me the best today, and be the captain of my ship. Open my eyes to see the opportunities that will come my way today and make use of them positively.
Lord, visit me today, let me see you in all I do. Experiencing God’s visitation brings me a blessing, joy, peace, and all other good things. This is why I want you to visit me and show me your mercy today in Jesus name. Amen.
