God speaks to people – Prayer for December 10. God does not only talk to preachers and pastors. He speaks to all people from all walks of life who have a personal relationship with him. Many people do not expect to hear God’s voice. He speaks to us all. He also speaks to you, so listen and talk to your Creator.
Bible Verse for Today
“Oh, that their hearts would be inclined to fear me and keep all my commands always, so that it might go well with them and their children forever!” (Deuteronomy 5:29)
Read once again this Bible verse. Can you hear the seriousness in God’s voice in this statement? He wants us to keep His commandments so that we are well. He is concerned about our well-being and knows he can only look after us when we listen to and obey him.
Of course, you can only hear him and do what he says when you notice his voice. So listen carefully by reading the Bible regularly, spending time in silence in his presence, and opening your heart to the things God wants to tell you. This enables you to obey his instructions and keep his commandments.
God is our Creator. He establishes laws and principles. Therefore, it is only by accepting this initiative of God that man can be happy. Therefore, taking God’s principles is wise. Fighting against them is foolish.
Live in a close relationship with Jesus and faithfully do what the Bible says. Read the Word of God’s wisdom and follow it daily in every situation.
God Speaks to People Prayer for Today
Lord, we believe you speak to us and want to hear your voice. God, let your Kingdom come to our lives and our families. We put all our troubles, works, and problems into your hands. Lord, bless them and everything that surrounds us. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
