Live in harmony with God – Prayer for October 11. The Bible in Romans 14:17 defines the Kingdom of God as a life of justice, peace, and the Holy Spirit’s joy. Although we are to strive for God’s Kingdom, many people spend their lives striving for all sorts of other things.
We don’t live in harmony with God. That is why they lack justice, peace, and joy in our lives.

“For the kingdom of God is not food and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 14:17)
We sometimes think that we could lead a carefree, peaceful life if we had all sorts of things. But no matter what we owned, it never really brought us peace.
True peace comes when we live in harmony with God. We need to understand that because we think the majority of Christians spend their entire lives concentrating on the wrong things. Our true treasure lies in Jesus and only in Him.

What are you striving for today? In the end, worldly things will not satisfy you. But if God, His righteousness, His peace, and His joy are more important to you than anything else, you can have a fully fulfilled life, just as God intended it for you.
Search for Him today. Never stop searching for God’s will for your life; you will see the difference.
Live in Harmony with God – Prayer for Today
God, we do not want to concentrate on worldly things anymore. They do not satisfy us. We want to live in harmony with God and make your justice, your peace, and your joy our most important concern in our lives. Lord, please show us the right way that leads to true life. We pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.
