Advent. Sharing the Gospel – Prayer for December 20. The gospel is what every Christian must share. This is a shoe that every one of us must put on because it is a command from Jesus Christ that we should go into the world and preach the gospel. Let’s tell God to help us spread the good news.
Bible Verse for Today
“And with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.” (Ephesians 6:15)
Gospel means good news. One of the things that good news spread is peace and love. The world is fading away, everybody needs to hear the good news, they need to know that God loves them and tells them that Jesus has secured a place for them in heaven.
This is the only way to make people happy once again. Putting on the shoe of the gospel means that we all Christians must share the good news to every soul. You’ll be surprised that this is armor for spiritual warfare too.
It is like competing with the enemy because Satan has his agenda to make people go through the wrong way which leads to hell. This is why Jesus Christ has told us to put on the shoes of the gospel so that everyone can hear the good news and turn from the bad ways into the light.
We were once a sinner but Christ took us from darkness into light. We must take it upon ourselves to take people out of Darkness also and bring them into the light.
People are waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God – it is time for us to manifest and it is time for us to take hold of the world and change the world for good. This is a wonderful way of fighting the devil and depopulating the kingdom of Satan.
Sharing the Gospel Prayer for Today
Lord, you have commanded us that we should preach the gospel. I have the desire to preach the gospel because I want people to be saved. Lord, I pray that you give me the boldness to spread the word. I want to put on the shoe of the gospel and help me to use it well so that I can populate your Kingdom and depopulate the kingdom of the enemy, Satan. Amen.
