Hearing God’s voice. Why you must listen to God. Prayer for March 8. There are many reasons why we must start to hear God. Hearing Him as a Christian is necessary for us.

“And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God. (Deuteronomy 28:2)
Hearing God’s voice. We know that two persons cannot walk together except they agreed to. If we must follow Jesus we must agree with him and this means, there must be a communication between us. It becomes imperative to know that God as a partner, speaks and to hear him when he speaks. When we hear him, we conform to his expectations for us, he become part of his plans for those that he loves. (Jeremiah 29:11).
God also wants to send us to the world, he wants us to deliver his message, the message of Jesus. He wants us to tell people of his love. To be able to do that we must hear him. Another reason why you must hear God is because he knows the right path we must take to get blessings and to achieve greatness. Joshua heard God and he was mighty, he led the army of Israel to victory. Samuel heard God and he became a great priest. If you don’t hear God, you become as a ship with no captain. Do whatever it takes to hear God, make him speak to your life today.
Hearing God’s Voice Prayer for Today
Dear Lord, I thank you for a new day like this, I thank you for the gift of life, and also for the true love you are showing and nothing can stop you from loving me.
Lord, help me to forgive those that will trespass against me today. Teach me to stand strong in you and let my ways be aligned with yours and let me not deviate from it. Guide me through temptation, do not let me fall into temptation. If there is any way I have doubted you Lord, forgive me.
Lord, I know how important it is for me to hear you, I know your word gives direction and makes impact in a life. I want a smooth communication between me and you Lord. Please speak to me and speak into my day. Amen.
