God is there in times of trouble – Prayer for May 11. We face many terrible things almost daily and can’t pretend they are not happening to us. God is there in times of trouble and his love will always there for us
The love of God will comfort you in any situation; it gives you hope. So don’t move out of his love because of the problem you are in right now.
Psalm 136:26 “Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever.” We should thank Him instead of complaining; we need to thank Him for the love He has for us.
In your situation, God, in his mercy and unfailing love, will help you out of it, and you will be glad.
Prayer for Today
Dear Father, you’re my life; all I seek is your love in times of trouble. In you, I live, move, and have my being; you are my peace, refuge, and strength – I know that you love me and can’t allow evil to take over my life. I, therefore, seek your unending love today, Lord. Please show me your love, and let me overcome every challenge. Let your unfailing love comfort me, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
