“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.”
Sometimes you may have difficulties in keeping your promises to God. Whatever happens, don’t ever talk yourself down, it reduces self-esteem. Some people don’t know this so they are always looking for something that is wrong with them.
Don’t focus on your disabilities, don’t focus on your shortcomings but instead look deep into yourself for what is good in you. Start acknowledging good things and help yourself to get out of frustration.
God is the good thing in you; wherever you go, you carry God in you so there is no reason to fear. God has the riches and we carrying him in us means we carry riches.
We carry prosperity, we carry good success, and we carry the spirit of excellence. Colossians 1:27 “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Start acknowledging the good things in you because “Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.” If you carry God in you and acknowledge him, you have all the blessings of life already.
Keeping your Promises to God Prayer for Today
Thank you, God, for the gift of life, for the love towards me by allowing your son to take my sins away thereby purifying me and allowing good this into me. And I thank you for the salvation of my soul.
Lord, I also thank you for helping me to attain righteousness even though I make mistakes sometimes but still you forgive and forget them. Thank you for the good things in me.
Help me Lord to use them effectively and to your glory. As I will be going out today, in my works, let the good things in me start to manifest from the internal to the external and make it give a positive result to me and to people around me. Amen.
