GOD IS MY PRIORITY Prayer for July 4

God is my priority

God is my priority – Prayer for July 4. Everyone on this earth has their priorities – on our schedule, we set what we are desperate to achieve to be at the top. We set priorities because we don’t want collision when completing different tasks.

Bible Verse for Today

Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh, will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. (Galatians 6:7-8)

That part of the Bible tells us that whatever we set to be our priority will determine the result we’ll get in the end. You can’t deceive God; he sees it all, so whatever you plan in your mind now or doing now and you are not making God be your number one priority, you will reap “corruption.”

We have to be careful in setting our priorities. What we should place first before others must be something that will make others easy for us.

Doing this requires technical thinking. This makes us ask the question, “Who can help us set the right priority?” knowing that God has called you to his Kingdom to work for him and to make things right – what then must you place at the top of your to-do list, which one must you make the top-notch? Anything that is not of God’s will, we must not make our priority.

God is my priority

Our priority should be on how to build a strong relationship with God.

When we achieve this first, everything we have planned falls into place. Matthew 6:33 “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Seek God first in everything you do, and everything will go as planned, and you will have a successful day. Say, “God is my priority.”

God is My Priority Prayer for Today

Lord, if there is anything that I am not supposed to be doing but doing it, shift my focus away from it. Lord, let me set the absolute priority: to seek you first. I  say – God is my priority. Amen.
