God gives to those who ask – Prayer for June 26. We need to make up our minds that we need God’s hidden treasure. It is when we have them in mind that we will act and do all it takes to get them. Let’s decide to get the hidden treasures today. Know that God gives to those who ask.

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (John 14:13)
Discovering the hidden treasures starts with a strong desire and determination. You won’t find the hidden treasures if you don’t decide you want them. God really wants to show us how we can get the treasures, but if we do not decide in our hearts that we want them, he will not force us. A decision is very important, as everything we do starts with a decision in our hearts.
Decide that you want to stop being frustrated, decide you want to be free, and decide that you want to follow the only way out of your struggles. The only way is Jesus. Decide you want to follow him now.
You need to renew the way you think; the mind needs to be renewed so that the thought of starting a new beginning can be there. Decide you want to discover these treasures. Ephesians 4:23 “Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes.”
A decision will make you ask God how to discover the treasure, and he will surely answer. John 4:13 “And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” Don’t rush to make decisions because the decision you make now will affect your life now and in the future – you need to let the word of God lead you right and then ask God, just like Solomon did. He knew he needed wisdom, so he asked God, and God gave him.
Prayer for Today
As I decide to discover all the hidden treasures today, I will get them. As I ask today, my Lord shall reveal them to me, and I will possess them, and they will be my possession. I know that God gives to those who ask. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
