Jesus Christ is our salvation – Daily prayer for June 28. As you are alive today, you should be able to think that you are alive because someone has come to save you from death. Salvation is a treasure we must cherish and keep.
Bible Verse for Today
Lift up your eyes to the sky, then look to the earth beneath; for the sky will vanish like smoke, and the earth will wear out like a garment, and its inhabitants will die in like manner, but my salvation will be forever, and my righteousness will not wane. (Isaiah 51:6)
God has made it clear that the heavens will disappear and the earth will be no more, but one thing will remain forever – His salvation. This should be something we don’t joke with.
The Grace of God has saved us through Christ Jesus, but we must not lose this treasure of salvation as Christians. Satan is doing all it takes to tempt us so we lose it. Do you want to know why? It’s because this treasure of salvation is what will give us eternal life.

Scripture reminds us that the heavens and the earth will one day pass away. Furthermore, all living things within them are temporary. The only foundation that will allow you to stand forever is the treasure of salvation, which is the singular reality God declares will endure eternally.
If you do not possess this treasure, seek it at any cost. If you already have it, do whatever is necessary to protect it.
Satan will not rest until he is certain you have lost it, but through the power of Jesus, you can withstand his schemes. Just as Jesus overcame temptation and caused the enemy to flee, you too can find victory.
Hold fast to this treasure today, and never let it go.
Prayer for Today
Salvation is a treasure that I treasure. I have come to understand that I need to value it. Lord, help me to keep my salvation and never lose it in any circumstances. I know that Jesus Christ is our salvation. Help me to stand in the secret place where I will be safe. Amen.
