God is there in times of trouble – Prayer for May 11. We face many terrible things almost daily and can’t pretend they are not happening to us. We all know it allows Christians to face temptations and trials to strengthen and enable them to grow more spiritually. Moreover, when this kind of testimony is shared among other believers, it inspires them to serve the Lord more and stand in his love in times of trouble.

The time of trouble is not the time to move away from God but to be grateful for the salvation and the love he has shown us. Without his love, we won’t be saved through Jesus Christ.
God is there in times of trouble and his love will always there for us
The love of God will comfort you in any situation; it gives you hope. So don’t move out of his love because of the problem you are in right now.
Psalm 136:26 “Give thanks to the God of heaven. His love endures forever.” Thanking Him is what we should do instead of complaining; we need to thank him for the love he has for us.
In your situation, God, in his mercy and unfailing love, will help you out of it, and you will be glad.

Dear Father, you’re my life; all I seek is your love in times of trouble. In you, I live, move, and have my being; you are my peace, refuge, and strength – I know that you love me and can’t allow evil to take over my life. I, therefore, seek your unending love today, Lord, show me your love, and let me overcome every challenge. Let your unfailing love comfort me, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
