Prayer for April 28. God made us all unique. It’s high time we Christians started taking hold of every part of the world and bringing God’s joy to everyone’s doorstep. Let’s tell God to help us impact this world to his glory alone.

“For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” (Romans 8:19)
It is no secret that many people are weary of seeing evil influence the world. There is a deep longing for freedom from oppression. Too often, we start our day by turning on the television only to be met with disheartening news. These reports leave us feeling discouraged and drained.
This happens because we, the children of the Most High, have stepped back from our responsibilities. We are called to engage with every part of society, taking the lead to bring glory to God. As Matthew 5:13-14 reminds us, we are the salt of the earth and the light of the world.
While the world faces bitterness and shadows, we must rise and shine. It is time to step out and season this world with the grace and truth we carry.

If there is any position you are afraid of reaching, you must stop being afraid and stop thinking you can’t control the situation. For example, who says it’s bad for Christians to get involved in politics or to hold an important post in a country?
God made us all unique. We must start thinking about rising to that level so we can use the power God has given us to change the world and make it a better place for everyone. Philippians 4:8 says, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.”
Prayer for Today
Lord, I thank you because I am relevant in your kingdom. You, God, made us all unique. Lord, please let me be the change that the world needs. Use me for the world; let me be the salt that will sweeten this world, and let me be the light that will shine.
The world is awaiting my manifestation. Please help me to show forth your power to the world. I pray for every believer worldwide, let them rise by your power, and put an end to evil in this world. Amen.
